Activate Felons: Scorpion and Pharmacist (Green highlight).

Use buff items (optional).
Open Prison Buffs. 
Use Troops ATK and/or Troops Lethality.

How to create Preset Troop Formations

Tap the profile image. -
Tap Troops. -
Tap Troop Formations. -
Edit the Hero and troops, then tap Save. -
Select a Formation slot. -
Tap Confirm.
